Last-second FG Leads Giants Past Cowboys

Lawrence Tynes kicked a 37-yard field goal as time expired, as the Giants beat the Cowboys Sunday night, 33-31, in front of the largest crowd in NFL regular season history. It was the regular season debut of the Cowboys' $1.15 billion stadium.

The Cowboys simply gave this game away. There is no way around it. The Giants took advantage of the Cowboys back to back turnovers. Tony Romo threw an interception that was returned for a touchdown, and then Felix Jones fumbled away a kickoff return. The Cowboys played a very sloppy game of football, and despite that, they still almost won this game!

Wade Phillips clock mismanagement, Tony Romo's interceptions, and the fact that the Cowboys were careless with the football. For the reason for this loss, the Cowboys need to look in the mirror.
